- Ashwaghanda 100% NATURE PRODUCT, balances hormon levels. Is anti depressiant and antioxidant. Will keep your mood straight and will keep you less depressive and miserable.
- AVOID SUGAR. At least 2-3 days after relapse. Avoidance will help to boost testosterone levels. So process of nofap (at least hormonal process ) will be faster.
- Cold Showers.
- Avoid Social Media. Especially Gambling. Work on yourself.
- READ. READ. And READ. Knowledge is POWER. Knowledge is KEY.
