I’m summarising the rules so that @_KarmaYogi you could confirm I understand them and others can just review.
- The challenge is for 3 months
- 1 week of NoFap is 100 points and crossing your best streak is 50 points.
- There are 3 mandatory tasks you will have to do on 6/7 days of the first 3 weeks and 1 elective task from the 4th week.
- The 3 mandatory tasks are meditation, affirmation and diary-goal scaping (yes I made up that word).
- Don’t forget to report daily and be active and willing to help others.
