Last night I got a vivid dream. In that dream , I was not watching porn or masterbating. I was fantasizing , yes even in dream. I don’t know why it happened, may be beacuse I haven’t fantasized for a moment in my current streak. And now My brain is craving for fantasizing. But I won’t do it .
I didn’t ejaculated tho . So it isn’t a wet dream I guess.

Didn’t focused on schedule. Still lacking one thing, which is discipline. Started working on gaining weight.
Day 11 -14 :-
Back on the formu now , I am going good right now . This is the most cleanest streak of my journey , I haven’t peeked and fantasized for a sec yet. But I am still not consistent in following schedule. Need to work on it.
Day 15 :-
Completed 15 days of nofap , I don’t have any reason to go back to that shitty PMO world. I will win this fight now. But really need to work on my daily routine.
Day 16 - 17 :-
Going good now , No heavy urges, No fantasizing, No peeking. I will capture my title now.
Focussing on gaining weight. Thanks to @GOVIND-19 for helping me out in making schedule.
I did Upper body workout today and lower body yesterday. Tomorrow it’s a rest day . Let’s do it.
