I have started my journey way before .
I started pmo when i was in my college sencond year and i realiased i need to change when i was really depressed and i was failing in all the subjects.so I started nofap but i couldnt completely be free because i had backlogs to clear and was really depressed and couldnt clear a subject .but after a lot of struggle i managed to get the degree so i am an engineer.
Let me tell somenthing about myself i am from India and i am 24 years old.
My new target is 5 days and i have completed my current target of 3 days

I am on day 6and i already got a job .now i can concentrate on my job

Feeling low today but past 2-3 days was full of energy and life…now i am suddenly feeling sad for no reason
