However I realized that on the beginning, body doesn’t regen as effective as later, because it needs energy. While abstaining you absorb more and more energy, your sleep quality improves and you don’t need 8hrs of sleep.

So the evening on the start could look more like this:

06:00 - 09:00 pm
studying

09:00 - 09:15 pm
