By shifting your focus towards the good moments you can make most days pleasant

Clearer voice also, stronger, more joyfull voice.
Happier, no depression anymore.
More confident, I don’t give a shit about a lot of things (in a good way). I can stand up to anyone, my boss and be very cool and relaxed.
I am not horny, that’s not a benefit but I thought I would say this so that you can compare our different benefits.
Life seems easier and good things happen naturaly.

Well it depends on your mood. I noticed that one day I have no proclivity to fall back to pmo. And the other day I have a large heavy boulder on my shoulders. Thats the bad day. Thats testing of your will. Don’t you agree?

Now I would say, what is mood? it is how you see your day. How you feel. And you can influence how you feel.
What is that heavy boulder on your shoulder? The fog on your brain? Is that the only thing this day has to offer? Can’t you enjoy single events of a day even if you have brainfog or stress? Small things like a good meal, a nice walk in the park.
You can decide to add nice things to your day.

I don’t wanna say that each day is over all a good day. But every day can have good moments even if it is, over all, a bad day.
