So I have to focus on my phone usage and I am not able to control it before bed…

I read post shared by @Sahas and @Thenofap_king Thenofap_king, how negativity and using negative words influences our life so I am gonna replace some of my tasks with some positive affirmations.

Replacing No mobile for 1hour before bed with
Using the time before bed in Reflecting upon my days work in order to become better every single day.
Reading a good book (how to stop worrying and start living).
Going to bed at proper time (10pm max).
Wake up (6am max).
Affirmation and visualisation.
Meditation.
Exercise.
Cleaning and organising my space.
Cold shower.
Study 4hours atleast
Replacing No mobile for 4hours after I wake up with
4hours productive work after waking up.
or
Making my initial morning hours of the day in doing product work (4hours)
Replacing Nofap pledge with being mindful about my thoughts and sensation
or
I am controlling my body hormones
Or
having a sense of control over my senses(remembering my why’s it’s harm in my life).
Intermittent fasting (11am to 7pm feasting window).
Eating clean.
Eat at deficit.
Replacing No unnecessary money spending with
I will spend money only on necessary things (waiting to buy anything for a week and then buying if it still feels important).
Or
I save my money in order to properly manage my expenses
Or
I invest my time and resource in the best possible way
Replacing No afternoon sleep with
Using afternoon time to do some productive work in favour of my goals.

Gratitude, diary and setting goals for tomorrow.
