I had a good day today. I went to church with my girlfriend and one point really stood out to me and I need to apply it to my life. I miss hearing from you guys. You still here? I won’t give up on this challenge. I’ll start posting like it’s a diary if I have to until people join lol. Maybe I should change the title to make it look new lol :rofl:. Anyways I’m off to bed. So so its may here a new month a new day and a new chance to prove yourself,
i slipped about 2 days ago but i will start new its my day 2 but also today i had a wet dream idk how but yes when i woke up i saw its stains.

I will remain abstain from PMO at any cost and i will try to take it as long as i can from last relapses i learnt about my triggers hope i will overcome them

I’ve been questioning whether or not to start counting days again recently. I stopped because I felt like seeing the number going back to 0 is discouraging and sends the wrong message, which it still does, but I’ll always feel bad after a relapse, and it’s becoming kind of difficult to stay away from the day counter. I’d kinda rather go back to the
Day 1✅️ Today was good!
Kinda thing again… I feel like I’ve let you guys down. This challenge is flopping like everything else I try… I still don’t feel like making videos because I’m not doing so good myself, and I don’t want to give advice that I’m not following… I re-read the point of this challenge, and we’re not doing anything to help get to where we need to be. I can’t keep this challenge alive by myself guys! I need your help, so here’s the plan for the future of this challenge:

And then I’ll study on it, and I’ll come back with advice and maybe some videos I found.
