i slipped about 2 days ago but i will start new its my day 2 but also today i had a wet dream idk how but yes when i woke up i saw its stains.
I will remain abstain from PMO at any cost and i will try to take it as long as i can from last relapses i learnt about my triggers hope i will overcome them

I’ve been questioning whether or not to start counting days again recently. I stopped because I felt like seeing the number going back to 0 is discouraging and sends the wrong message, which it still does, but I’ll always feel bad after a relapse, and it’s becoming kind of difficult to stay away from the day counter.
