Yesterday was Jan 14th. Yesterday I lost my 4 day streak.
Today is January 15th. I am back to day 1.
Now, waking up early is part of my life. However it is during this time when my urges have most power.
This is the opposite of what is recommended.
Because getting up early is supposed to help.
But it is hard when the morning is the time of relapse almost every time.
I just relapsed.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to stop.
