I stopped counting days. Counting made me so focused whenever I crossed 2 or 3 days, I relapsed. After stopping I reached 5 days
Still going on but relapsed yesterday

Yea bro, anytime. You can post anything in your diary and whenever someone sees it in their feed, they will also help you.
One of the best way to stop is to stop counting days. In your profile I saw tick counter and I also use it. Set an target timer and delete all counting apps.
I only have that tick timer and only this forum. This forum is so awesome. Can hear and read many peopleβs experience and advices
