Tommorow is my last day of fat to fit challenge
After 30 days I continue this challenge but not write in dairy . Now my aim is complete of writing dairy
This dairy helps me to stick with good habits and develop new good habits .
After tomorrow, last day of challenge I donโt write my dairy daily , only write when I have an urge or to discuss any topic

My belly fat is decreased now .I am not obese , little bit fat is settle on my body due to lockdown
Now I am in shape my tummy become flat , I donโt obtain six packs in 30 days , only my stomach is now in shape .
The diet and workout helps me to reduce my belly fat .
I continue my workout and diet as much as I can
And i hope I attain six pack abs soon in next 3 to 4 months . This is only expectations and donโt limit your expectations
