:white_check_mark: playing cricket with friends ( 3 hours )
:white_check_mark: home workout ( 1 hour )
:white_check_mark: no junk food , eating only healthy

:white_check_mark: walk 10000 steps ( when friends are with you then every distance look very small :fire::joy:)
:white_check_mark:playing cricket on the ground ( enjoys a lot )
:white_check_mark: home workout (leg day )
:white_check_mark: no junk food , only eat healthy ( sorry guys i eat one chocklate , only one :yum: so i donโ€™t consider that.)

Tommorow is my last day of fat to fit challenge :fire::raised_hands:
After 30 days I continue this challenge but not write in dairy . Now my aim is complete of writing dairy
This dairy helps me to stick with good habits and develop new good habits .
After tomorrow, last day of challenge I donโ€™t write my dairy daily , only write when I have an urge or to discuss any topic :smile::blush:

My belly fat is decreased now .I am not obese , little bit fat is settle on my body due to lockdown :joy::joy:
Now I am in shape my tummy become flat , I donโ€™t obtain six packs in 30 days , only my stomach is now in shape :smile::fire::fire:.
The diet and workout helps me to reduce my belly fat .
I continue my workout and diet as much as I can
And i hope I attain six pack abs soon in next 3 to 4 months . This is only expectations :joy: and donโ€™t limit your expectations:fire::fire:
