Hii guys today I feel very low in energy, after wake up in the morning my mood was little bit disturb and also I didn’t walk in garden and running in the field today
This happens before also when I was on 60 or 65 days streak. But I promise tomorrow I complete my all activities of my routine

Today I am alone at home, this act against my no fap journey
Very hard urges I feel today but I don’t relapse in any condition
To increase my motivation I spend my time on this forum and post something today ( daily I don’t spend more than half hour but today I needed this forum’s help and i know this forum helps me in every bad situation )
