Day 5 of fat to fit

:white_check_mark:Walk 3000 steps ( calculate on the app )
:white_check_mark:Going to play cricket ( enjog alot )
:white_check_mark: Home workout
:x: Running in the garden (sorry guys I thought I complete all my activities today but because of some reasons I don’t run today )
:white_check_mark: Eat healthy , avoid junk food

:white_check_mark: Eat healthy , avoid junk food ( except 1 dairy milk ,sorry I ate today because I really wanted to eat :stuck_out_tongue:)

Thank you !! I feel very exhausted today so i decided to take rest 2 times a week :sweat_smile:

Hii guys today I feel very low in energy, after wake up in the morning my mood was little bit disturb and also I didn’t walk in garden and running in the field today :pensive:

This happens before also when I was on 60 or 65 days streak. But I promise tomorrow I complete my all activities of my routine :raised_hands::blush:

Today I am alone at home, this act against my no fap journey
Very hard urges I feel today but I don’t relapse in any condition :fire:
To increase my motivation I spend my time on this forum and post something today ( daily I don’t spend more than half hour but today I needed this forum’s help and i know this forum helps me in every bad situation :raised_hands::blush:)

Day 11 of fat to fit
:white_check_mark:Wake up early in the morning
:white_check_mark:Walk 4000 steps ( I increase 1000 steps from previous week )
:white_check_mark: Running in the field (20 min )
:white_check_mark: Playing cricket with friends in garden ( 3 hours )
:white_check_mark: No junk food ,only healthy eating
:white_check_mark: Home workout ( only abs training Because my hands have pain due to too much push ups )

Take care bro also of your diet, cut off any sweeds, sweeds fizzy drinks,eat a lot of protein :smiley:

Tomorrow is my day 14 of fat to fit challenge
Finally almost half of the journey complete tomorrow :fire::raised_hands:
I feel very happy
Tomorrow I take rest for recovery of my body :blush::muscle::smile:

Tomorrow also i complete 140 days of no fap
This will also a Great achievement for me .
