Walked in garden ( for 1 hour )
Listen some peace full music
Total study hours - 5 hours
12.00 PM to 3.00 PM
5.00 PM to 7.00 PM
Focus on goal from tomorrow
motivation is high , now only one aim – study
Today is day 13/ 18
Only few days are remaining for my exam .I want to give my best
Today’s day started great .I woke up at 3.00 AM

Yeah keep the day before the exam as your chill day but the time at which your exam is going to be held. Do a complete mock test at the same shift of your real exam think of it like the real exam sit. And complete it in the particular time how much hours you will get in exam. Analyze it and then chill for the rest of your day.
You will definitely do well in that brother don’t think the exam is greater than you. You are a nofapper you got powers that not maximum people have think like that, you will find it stupid but I do find nofap as a god like thing.

This is my last exam of this year then I will focus on my goals like personality development and workout .

I have read everything, there are two to three chapters left.
I will not do it, I will just look at it today and then relax tomorrow
Tomorrow I will not study anything, tomorrow I will relax
Because of this app i able to do that much amount of study , I never expected I studied 8 hours a day or 9 hours a day .
I want to thank this forum and the companions here . You guys help me to wake up early and work hard

Yesterday I completed 121 days of no fap
My energy level is very high
Yesterday I gave rest to body and mind but from today I will start daily workout to utilize my energy
From tomorrow I again start’s my diary but this time i have new topic in my diary ( workout)
I update my diary daily to motivate me

Wake up at 7 AM
Home workout ( 1hour ) -
- abs exercises – 4 exercises (3 sets)
- chest workout – 4 exercises ( 3 sets )
- biceps and triceps – 3 exercises (3 sets )
I went to play cricket, I had a lot of fun, I played cricket a long time later – 4.00 PM to 6.30 PM
I went for a walk in the garden with a friend -7.30 pm to 8.30 pm ( almost 3 km dist )
9.30 Pm - dinner
I thought to focus on my body .hence i play cricket i do workout and i walk in garden also
My exams are over so i decide to focus on my physique now

I woke up early this morning. I woke up at 5 wihtout any alarm
Home Wokout ( 1.30 hour ) –
Abs workout – 4 exercises ( 3 sets )
Chest workout - 4 exercises (3 sets )
Biceps and triceps - 3 exercises ( 3 sets )
Went to play cricket ( 3hours of intense game) I’m very tired so i skipped my workout today
Walk almost 3 km with freinds
Then at 9.30 pm – dinner

There is no study to do at present or any productive work , only workout to do as productive work.
so I have a lot of mood swings. But I fight with all this mood swings and not masturbate because I give myself a promise which I fight with this addiction and continue my no fap journey
Today’s routine
Wake up at 5 AM
Home workout - 1.30 hour
1) abs exercise - 4 exercise ( 3sets )
2) chest workout - 4 exercise ( 3sets )
3) biceps and triceps - 3 exercise ( 3sets )
Walk in garden with friends ( happy moments ) when you share your things with others you feel very relax and friends are helps you in every moments – 7.30 PM to 8.30 PM
Playing cricket on ground ( 3 hours ) – 3.30 PM to 6.30 PM
Today’s game was very exciting and awesome
If I forgot the mood swings, the rest of the day went well

I am currently on a 126 day streak but today I had a terrible urge but I handle it and I don’t masturbate .
God’s grace , I didn’t break my streak I always want to thank that god who always helps me in my difficult situation .
Today’s routine
Wake up at 5 AM
Walk 7000 steps ( 4 km almost )
Play cricket with my friends ( enjoy a lot )
Home workout (1 hour )
Don’t eat junk food
