SAMURAI [20 M] No fap journey

i give jee exam this year but i don’t get good percentile to get admission in NIT college
i only get 87 percentile , at this percentile i didn’t get admision in NIT college or good private college :sweat_smile::sweat_smile:
so i give state entrance exam mht cet (maharastra ) which is on 12 sept to 20 sept
i hope in this test i get good marks to achieve my dream goal :smile::smile:

4 october 2020 day 3 /18
today start is good but after good start i don’t study at that level
but i promise I will try to increase my efficiency :fire::fire:

4.30 am to 8.30 am — study :smile::smile:
9.00 am to 10.00 am — breakfast and all :v::v:
10.30 am to 11.30 am — mobile and tv to fresh mind :laughing::laughing:
12.00 pm to 2.00 pm — study :smile::smile:
2.00 pm to 2.30 pm — lunch
2.30 pm to 4.30 pm — sleep :sleeping::sleeping:
5.00 pm to 6 00 pm — timepass :joy::joy:
6.00pm to 7.00 pm — study

(i set goal of study from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm but after one hour i am very tired of reading books
so i go to walk in garden then i come at 8.00 pm :smiley::smiley: it relax my mind )

9.00 pm —dinner
total hours of study - 7hours

i update my diary tomorrow also to motivate myself :muscle::muscle:

5 october 2020 day4 /18
today no study , break is requires so i think to take one day break :laughing::laughing:
from tommrrow the hardwork restart with new energy :fire:

today i studied 10 hours a day . I am so happy after complete 10 hours study and win the challenge :v::v:

4.00 AM to 8.30 AM – study ( physics revision +mcq solving )

8.30 AM to 9.30 AM – home workout ( upper body ) :muscle::muscle:

9.30 AM to 10.30 AM – breakfast and all

10.30 AM to 11.30 AM – mobile and tv ( To refresh mind )

12.00 PM to 2.30 PM – study :v::v:

2.30 PM to 3.00 PM – lunch

3.00 PM to 5.00 PM – sleep :sleeping::sleeping:

6.00 PM to 9.00 PM – study

9.00 PM – dinner

only 7 days are remaining for my exam from tomorrow.
this week i study very hard :muscle::muscle:
I promise in this 7 days i give my best performance :fire::fire:.

My last 7 days target is to complete all my syllabus and study 12 hours per day ( i never study that much in past years but i try my best this time.)

today’s routine –
4.00 AM to 9.00 AM - study ( after 5 hours of study in the morning , i didn’t study hard in remaining )

9.00AM to 10.00 AM - breakfast and all

10.00 AM to 11.00 AM - mobile
11.00 AM to 12.30 PM - sleep ( take rest):sleeping::sleeping:
1.00 PM - lunch
2.00 PM to 4.00 PM - study :white_check_mark::white_check_mark:
4.00 PM to 5.00 PM - break
5.00 PM to 7.00 PM - study :white_check_mark::white_check_mark:
7.00 PM to 8.00 PM - walked in garden :smile::smile:
8.00 PM to 9.00 PM - ( i plan for study but i start using my phone specially youtube , this thing waste my precious time )
9.00 PM - dinner

can anybody suggest me how to manage my study hours in day time from 11.00 AM to 9.00 PM
because i started my day very well with 5 hours of study but then i mess up my day :expressionless::confused:
( your suggestion helps me a lot )
