126 days of no fap
I used to write my diary on this forum because I used to get bored when I wanted to study. I don’t study as my expectation
After I started my diary on this forum i don’t know how but my motivation level goes on different level
I continued to study for 7 to 8 hours every day which I had never done before
This forum helps and support me in my exam time ,so I decided to start a new challenge or topic in my diary
I want to get in shape in 30 days.
I’m not overweight, but in this lockdown some fat is accumulated on my body.
I don’t know what results comes after 30 days but i try to give my best.
My target is to become fit in 30 days
I write all my workouts and all routine in my diary

day 1 of fat to fit
Wake up at 5 AM
To run in the field - 40 to 50 min
Walk almost 3000 steps ( calculate on app )
Home workout ( leg day )
Going to play cricket
This is my routine for my fat to fit challenge and i am very happy that I complete all the activities
Eat healthy avoid all junk food
No sugar ( i don’t consume even one cup of tea )

Going to play cricket ( 4.00 PM to 7.00 PM )
Eat healthy ( avoid junk food )
Walk 3000 steps ( calculate on the app )
Today’s day going well ,I complete all my activities

Today I completed 130 days of no fap , i am very excited for no nut November
My one friend challenge me for No Nut November , He don’t know about my no fap journey He thinks I will lose this challenge but I know I was strong in this no fap journey
I will win No Nut November challenge also , I have that much trust in myself
