I kind of fucked up last night.
It’s actually unexplainable what happened.
To sum it up, some triggering content (not porn) and some edging.
Guess I should reset. Idk how it happened. Getting some urges today as well. But it was just a minor slipup, I need not turn it into a full blown relapse, I’ll follow my habits today properly and forget about it.

Mine last year was 3000 , after wrapped 2021 I shifted completely to Spotify . Earlier I used to listen on MI music as well.
Yep its my gym song so I heard it at least 4-5 times a day. So yeah, 991 times in less than a year
