Prevention:

  1. i minimise my use of insta
  2. i immediately leave that channels
  3. Now i Do my studies so i don’t feel bored anytime…

I still have an issue with things like Google images and randomly scrolling my phone with no purpose

I had the exact same issue last month and early this month, which lead to relapses. Even with Detoxify installed, some triggering images can still pop up on Google images. So, in terms of suggestions:

  1. When you feel like you’re about to look at something sexual on Google images or you’re scrolling on your phone hoping to see something sexual, just STOP AND LOOK AT WHAT YOU’RE ABOUT TO DO. IS IT WORTH IT? This has helped me during the challenge.

  2. If you’re feeling really weak, I would just hit the PANIC BUTTON on Detoxify and lock my phone for a few hours.

Biggest triggers :

  1. photos and videos containing pornographic content on Instagram and Twitter
  2. depression and stress
  3. pornographic thoughts that pop up during free time

prevention :

  1. reduce the use of Instagram and Twitter
  2. think positive when depressed and look for good ways to relieve stress
  3. use free time for good things

  • Photos and videos on Instagram
    Have deactivated my account.

  • Scenes from anime/movie
    Will remind myself my goal, will meditate and do breathing exercise whenever i get urges.

  • Boredom
    Will stay busy as much as possible.

  2. Reducing watching YouTube often

  3. not going out often or to my neighbors place
