Had my first nightfall today in 2024.I know its kinda iritating that nightfall occured at sleep.Its winter season so you know how ititating it is.

I ask this question to Ai and Ai said:

Its kinda iritating in winter season .in previous year nightfall was the reason for my relapse.It triggered me to do relapse.

Actually I forget.But I think its maybe 6 month+.Cause I uninstalled the rewire app maybe in march/april afterthat I install it again in october
