RiftCha's Journey: 196/200 days

Found this from reddit. I’ve been creating a list of the things I believe happy people do, as a way to remind myself that there are things other than money and career success that are much more important to a good and fulfilling life. Some are just small habits I associate with happy/confident people. Here’s what I have so far:

  • Happy people exercise regularly.
  • Happy people drink enough water.
  • Happy people eat enough vegetables.
  • Happy people sleep well.
  • Happy people have a creative outlet.
  • Happy people are grateful for what they have.
  • Happy people have good relationships.
  • Happy people aren’t judgmental.
  • Happy people aren’t afraid to be themselves.
  • Happy people don’t drink to excess.
  • Happy people have meaning in their lives.
  • Happy people aren’t slaves to their desires.
  • Happy people are “present.”
  • Happy people don’t slouch.
  • Happy people breathe deeply and fully.
  • Happy people are warm people.
  • Happy people know that feeling anger or hatred toward another person is like drinking poison, and expecting the other to die.
  • Happy people don’t use “busyness” as an excuse, nor do they confuse “busyness” with productivity.
  • Happy people have a sense of humor.
  • Happy people keep the promises they make to themselves and others.
  • Happy people push past their comfort zone in order to grow.
  • Happy people express their emotions.
  • Happy people know their moral values, principles, and priorities, and use them to make decisions.
  • Happy people care about those around them.
  • Happy people are compassionate and empathetic.
  • Happy people help others even when they have nothing to offer back.
  • Happy people don’t beat themselves up when they aren’t able to stick to their to-do lists.
  • Happy people are curious.
  • Happy wake up with a purpose.

Is greate actually
This is how I control my flatline
1.Make myself hard promises
2.Get Motivated from “Far from weak”
3.Follow my religious path
4.Research about nofap and their benefits
5.Promise to God
6.Self Determination
7.Mind Control
8.Read other companions journal

Making big streak is not that easy becasue of flatline.But you have to promise God for staying determined.Follow your Dharma :smiley:

Another 90 day complete and reached 180 days today
Feel so greatful to this community :relieved:
20 more days and I fulfil my 200 days target :sunglasses:

I think it’s high time you stop counting days. You are free imo unless you do something stupid like me.

Its not high time for me to stop counting days.Cause nightfall occures and @drago still feels nightfall and it takes lot of time to heal.I wanna reach dragos level.Thats why he is my idol in this forum.

Changing sleep position and better physical activity is the only way out.

Do a lot of physical activity it will help
Also don’t worry about it nightfall is a natural thing body cannot retain 100% semen. Whatever it needs it recycles and the rest is lost as nightfall. It’s like that for everyone.
