In train I got some time thinking and noting down some experience, so thought to share about them here.
Why I like travelling through the train?(and I guess most of us do)
Because it’s the best opportunity to see the true india, a crucible of Diversity and Contrast yet Unity- lush green fields at one side and smoking industries on another; sparkling clean stations to dirty outskirts; dry patches of land somewhere and then a quick shower elsewhere; multi-lane highways at some passage and muddy alleys at another, Poor’s, middle-class and rich at same train and how can you miss the interesting yet profound talkshow cutting across generations?
I think the experiences of train journeys is kindal of reflections of our lives- mix of all sort of experiences, sometime happy and sometime sad, sometime angry and sometime kind, sometime peaceful and sometime full of turmoils, sometime alone and sometime full of companies, sometime determined and sometime lost in despair and helplessness. But it has the same (maybe similar is the right word) source and destination. It’s life. It only depends on us, the passengers, how memorable we makes the journey between birth and death memorable for himself and his co-passengers…
Lets enjoy the journey!!!
Today’s Learning-
- Being humble and grateful does not cost us much. It does just cost a little ego.
It is not just acting humble but about experiencing the value of others- how they impact our lives and thus deserve our respect and courtesy.
It’s truly said that this world is so small and indeed we are interconnected. Ain’t we?
We have food to eat because farmers labour in their field; We can wear the best textliles in the world because weavers and factory workers toil there; we enjoy all the public facilities (sometime to the extent of even misusing then) because each of us pay taxes to the govt. Yes even a poor begger pays them once he buys a Parle-G biscuit worth ₹5! Can we imagine that we are alive because some autotrophes (plants and some other organisms) are exhaling Oxygen in return of Carbon dioxide.
Isn’t it our duty to be humble and show some respects to the people in our society and environment we live, and ofcourse to the unknown supreme cause behind them all?

Today I watched Some P… Stuff for about 20-25 min, Although I didn’t relapse due to Awareness … But after that there is huge disturbance in my conscientious mind… I Decided to Try Hard Mode, (despite my hardcore Porn Addiction before 11 days) and my Journey was smooth for the last 11 days but today despite pushing myself in morning, by Walking, exercise, out of my comfort zone I fell to watch this shit… It depressed me a bit…
Now I am feeling Normal… There was no sexual tension, This whole Process Making me strong for the future
I reminded myself The Power of OM , The power of Creator
I am continuing to watch carefully My steps… I am Step 11, Last time I fell from Step 14 now I am Taking One Step at a Time… Just Climbing each Step Slowly, I don’t want to fall

Brother… When at the end of the day we write our good work of the day here… We are giving ourself affirmations unknowingly.
It raises our self love and we have a good night sleep.
When we write I have not watched TV shows/movies
This is not an affirmation and it has negative impact on us.
For Example : i daily remind myself … i dont masturbate today…
Why i am telling myself this daily ?
Do i want to masturbate ?
Is not masturbating a Task
If not doing something is a Task… Then … what is a Task ?
If i say i dont watch ■■■■ today …
Why i am telling myself about ■■■■ ??
Is ■■■■ that important in my life that i have to remind myself daily… that oh !! Today i have not watched ■■■■ … task done
Like i am waiting for the day when i will watch ■■■■.
We have to say Yes to Life … say No to things which are harmful for us. …

My friend says to me… Lets eat some shit … It is obious … i say No…
And it is obious… i will not write at night that … Today i dont eat shit… Because its simple … we never even imagine ourself eating shit…
Then how can we remind ourself that… I have not jerked off today… wow … what a achievement !!
Oh… i have not watched TV shows …today… !!

We have done nothing in these tasks. These are just our choice.
These are common understanding of our experience… that tv shows is not useful for me… i dont have to reminding myself daily that… oh … i have not watched tv show today…

My basic point is …
at night before sleep … we write our productive work of the day which are Real.
This video has context of Bible but I think it is somewhat true for all religion…Well this video helps me in my journey and that is what matters. It may help others also…
