Today 4 hours. Can anyone suggest me how to remove distractions and be productive when alone. Its those days I screw up.

Ik there are substitutes like exercise , study , house hold chores etc. But it doesnt work that way. Every addict knows the substitutes for addiction but still fail to execute it. I mean how can I fix my mindset to be less distracted when alone or any kind of strategy for this.

Answer will be appreciated. Thanks !!!

The key is to make it invisible before that moment comes. For an example, I make sure to hide some apps that might distract me from my phone, delete the content that distracted me from the search history to avoid seeing it’s recommendation, etc…
Make it hard even with the tiniest obstacles like putting your phone in another room.
Keep a note infront of you where your goal is written on it and make the productive cues visible like placing bottles of water around you, preparing the exercice supplies, etc…
And declutter your environment, a clean environment makes you feel more ready to do productive things.
