3 hours used guys…,.,.,.,.,.,.
I had a Good day. I kept my phone at home and bought keypad phone to work, although I did browsed some unnecessary stuff, such as youtube etc on my work computer, let’s say 2 hours of Usage. By the time I reaches home, within an hour my phone gets locked(I set time to auto lock at 8:30PM)
Trying to implement
- No unnecessary Youtube video watching for Dopamine,
- Try to replace that habit with reading books
- Try to Sleep at 8:30 PM (till now I havent succeded not even once )
- Workout/Exercise in the Morning
You did nice brother
That’s what I was going to give you advice . I try sleeping or listening audiobooks , which helps me shift attention.
For Some motivation
PS: This is in Audio, so you dont have to view the screen lol
Yeah man, I got some Lectures in my keypad phone as well to listen to while during commute. Good replacement, Although i would want to push it to creating an Extensive habit of reading.

Why i consider this the hardest challenge. Because we have to fight our basic need. To enjoy.
While using mobile we need not to worry about depression, dullness, immediate backlash. Hence this is the perfect sweet poison. Although this can be perfect tool for our greatness but it requires discipline and healthy mind.
So guys don’t give in. This challenge is going to become progressively hard. Stay strong
Respect for your honesty. Keep up the discipline
Hello. I will do a dopamine fast like this. It will be my hardest journey yet but if I don’t do this my phone addiction will get the best of me. I want to join, thanks.
