I was recently watching a yogasana video which was related to good hair. It wasn’t even any no fap related video, but the person in it said something about hair. He said hair are external feature, they aren’t vital organs, so our body first provides nutrition to vital organs and later to external features like hair.
I related this to no fap, If someone is on retention/no fap, they aren’t wasting vital nutrients, so what nutrition we take via food will of course be given to vital organs but since we already have a surplus of nutrients some of that nutrition (atleast more than before) will be going into our external features like hair, skin etc.
I think that’s the reason many people claim improved external appearance by no fap.
It is logical, not just an assumption. So yeah dudes, keep retaining that nutrition
