Really worried about my concentration- need help

Guys I have really bad concentration and I can’t read anything peacefully. I read for 2 seconds then my mind is distracted. Then I pull it back together and start again. Then again it is distracted. It is a constant battle. I really need the focus otherwise life is becoming difficult. I know my fapping habit ruined my focus. Can someone please help? Can I do something about it?

Bro once in a life if you can complete 90 + streak than it is easy to read atleast 6 hrs study per day. When I joined in this forum it’s was very difficult to study 5 hrs .now in very bad situation I can read 6 hrs…why?? Because I completed 100 days streak .so after relapsing this boost is helping me …
Now sometimes I am reading 10 hrs per day …it’s very easy for me but others can’t do …so I will say only try to reach 100 days streak once in your life…you will notice sudden improvement…:weary::weary:but I relapsed after again 12 days .I thought I can’t read properly but again I studied 10 hrs…so I realised that power is in my body… And 5 hrs sleep is enough for me to work in the daytime.
So forcefully try to do 100 days streak.
Pro tips for no fap :

  1. read srimad Bhagvad Geeta.
    2)daily 1 hr exercise not 59 mint.
  2. daily proper planning for the day
  3. meditation
  4. wake up before 5 to 6 am .if you are waking up at 4 am this is awesome…try to wake up at 4.
    **Do this 5 things daily.after one month you will study 6 hrs this is 100 % sure.

And yes brother if you are fapping daily then only do one thing fap without porn…you can watch any pics or anything …but don’t watch porn …after 6 7 month fapping rate will also reduce…


No no I don’t fap everyday. I had a 33 days clean streak recently but I relapsed. I have started again. I hate fapping and I will be able to achieve 90 days soon.

  1. _Focus is like a muscle. _Firstly get that. The more you use it, the stronger you get.

  2. Don’t worry about the duration of focus. The actual average human attention span is 15 minutes. However, with practice, you can increase this time.

Begin with 30 hour study slots, and slowly increase it by 15 minutes every week, till you reach you wanted time.

Be cautious. It is not recommend to sit at a desk for more than 1 hour continuously.

  1. This is something I don’t like to admit, but when I am out of focus, it’s because I am distracted by something.

You will have to eliminate your distraction. If while studying you start thinking about what you read/watched, then discipline yourslef to completely cut it out or reduce it.

This might be the reason why you are distracted recently. Cut it out brother.

  1. Only study at your study table and in a proper position. Your brain will associate it with studies. Your brain associates the bed with sleeping, so don’t do anything else there.

  2. Ensure that your study space is adequately lit and has good air circulation. The last thing you want to do is to feel sleepy.

  3. It’s natural for your mind to wander during studies. The brain isn’t built to focus for one thing for long. It can be trained to do so, however.

When you find your thoughts suddenly elsewhere, just remind yourself that your focus shifts, and that it is natural, then revert to studies.

Don’t blame yourself or get angry at yourself for getting distracted. It’s completely normal.

  1. Of course, for 100% efficiency and energy in studies, noFap is a given. Especially, if you have a new streak, exploit the excess 145% testosterone boost on day 7 to get lots of work done.

I am not saying you should relapse, but what you should focus on if you relapse.

Your natural testosterone level is higher on noFap anyways ( kindly correct me if I am wrong about this).

  1. Follow good practices like exercise regularly, meditating and having a bit of fresh air. They all aid your focus.

  2. Never have your phone/ any other distracting device in the same room while studying.

If completely necessary, put your phone on silent/airplane mode. For computers use blockers or extensions to focus.

  1. In the end, it’s merely a matter of how desperate you are to reach our goal.

You choose your pain- the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.
