Hey @Luke1332 first of all i clear you that masturbation will not give you anything, there are several bad effects of it, some are weakness, insomnia, low concentration, low energy, no motivation, poor health, you can find other bad effects also on internet. I want you to keep these bad effects in your mind. I want you to follow these points
- Don’t feel guilty, it happens to many people.
- If you want to really break this habit than find
some reason, that why you want to quit this
habit. In my case,i want to be healthy & want
to be good in studies.
- Stay busy, don’t think about fap or nofap.Just
do your work. When you feel bad, talk to your
mom or father or any family member.
- Do regular exercise and also pratise
- Spent some time in this app or forum, it keeps
- Relapse may come, but don’t discourage,find
why you relapse and avoid it later.
