Day 14 is going very slow. I had scary dreams like relapsing situations in dream.TBH I was terrified little. Only just 1 relapse can collapse all your good habits that u have been developing during streak. It doesn’t matter what is reason to relapse just do not allow that. It’s a difficult journey to me. I planned to sleep when I get urges due to its healthy and better than a relapse. Have a nice day

Day 19. I don’t know how last 5 days went due to I was engaged in some activities.i am getting strong urges at this time. I hope I will rise again.

Day 21 I almost about to relapsed. I edged for a minute due to I am alone for hours then I got control back. It’s hard stay awake alone at night. Someone company is must to avoid relapse. It was like a door you have the keys u can go in OR not , still u can see whats inside door it’s up-to u what u do. I made right choice today for not giving up so easily even it was edge of mountain.

Day 21 about to end. My mind really want to fap so badly that I cannot explain. Yesterday’s edge showing it’s effect.i really don’t wanna relapse and feel like a loser if someone is reading this suggest me some ideas to deal with it

Cold shower
Meditate
And get out of your room and go for a walk outside.

Day 24!!! Myself shocked seeing this number after some days

i relapsed end of feb and march and finaly i completed april without fapping now days i am getting sexual dreams i will train it so hard that every porn image in my brain will be erased

TBH i am disappointed that i wouldnt go for too long without this app so now on i would update everysingle day here making sure that every moment counts.

Please learn how to do mindful meditation so that you can learn how to focusing on breathing in and out to control your urges. Once you get use to that breath pattern it will become automatic and remember to not feed into thinking about sexual thoughts you get or they will become stronger. Focusing on breathing in and out just means to force yourself to breath in and out. When ever you get an urge use this breathing pattern to get rid of them; also avoid becoming bored that is howvi lost my streak.
