Tip :- Just a simple tip that is too keep yourself busy the whole day with things you really like to do like for me it is reciting Qurāan , Reading self help books and sometimes listening to music . Just try to keep yourself busy and do things which give you happiness. when you will get happiness from such things then you will not go for pleasure watching 18+ content and fapping .
No fap engage to not being hasty in our judgments
If you judge @Pablo judge only consciously. Donāt rely on your own emotions. Irish your knowledge if you want to prove that you are right , Take control if you want to succeed in this journey .
Thanks for your opinoin āgood luckā
Summary
if you really believe in nofap you should loud your voice and tell no , no lucks in this journey of nofap š
What if porn and masturbation is not an addiction. What if they are just an easy release of excess sexual energy instead of learning to control the desires and live with them.
What if withdrawal symptoms are not related to porn withdrawal. What if the symptoms like irratability and anger are a manifestation of work or study related stress. What if being highly emotional is just collection of excess energy wanting a release where exercise could significantly improve the mood by consuming that energy.
What if triggers are not buttons for relapses but they just increase your sexual desires and since we havenāt learnt to control them, we take the easy release.
What if all we have to do is not overthink and just forget about PMO and forget nofap. Just live our daily lives perusing dreams to the fullest and working hard for somethings that makes us leave the comfort of our beds. What if we only have to fix our lives instead of fixing our brain. And meanwhile we just chill and relax and whenever our urges increase we just need to observe them and not react. What if PMO has no power over us and it is always our desicion to relapse and our decision to choose pleasure over progress.
What if quitting PMO is easy and it is us who has made it difficult?
Everything will work out. Just relax. We just have to try our best to not sin. And if we sin, then instead of being depressed and hopeless, we should seek forgiveness from Allah Almigty and make Tauba again. Make Tauba even a million times but never lose hope.
Dont make PMO and nofap the center of your life. Just focus on living and improving your life. Do your best. Everything will turn out fine.
Assalam o Alaikum everybody

Tip from me: keep yourself busyš
Purify your intentions. Fast only for the sake of Allah and not to impress others.
Ramadan is a race. You cannot run with burdens. Throw off your burdens = sins that stop you from doing good deeds. So stop sinning if you donāt want to miss out on Fajr prayer and other good deeds. Make Tauba and aim high.
Manage your time. A loser wastes his/her time. Make a plan how and when would you read Quran and do Zikr. If you fail to plan you plan to fail.
Clean your heart. Forgive everyone. Donāt foster hatred and jealousy against anyone.
Fast in the day. And spend the night worshipping Allah Almighty. (sleep early to wake up early ) or ( Sleep after Fajr till Noon = not recommended). All your previous sins will be forgiven!.
Work smart. Guard your eyes, ears and tongue too. Donāt waste your good deeds by doing sins. Otherwise all you get is hunger and thirst.
Ramadan is your training. You abstain even from Halal for 1 month. You can abstain from haraam for rest of the year easily. You have the necessary willpower and skills.
Recite Quran.
Feed people food.
Do sadqa.
Develop Tawqa and Piety.
Make Dua often. Ramadan is the month of Dua. And believe that you will be granted what you ask because Allah is the KING of everything. He is the SUSTAINER of everything. His treasures are never ENDING. And he grants wishes to anyone who asks with pure intentions and faith. Ask and you shall receive.
Ramadan is the month of training and hardship. It is the best opportunity to level up your Imaan and develop necessary skills, willpower and habits to quit PMO. Ramadan is a once an year opportunity. Donāt waste it. If you canāt quit PMO in Ramadan, then you have lost a great opportunity. Itās now or never! Letās have an amazing Ramadan.
