Question on starting a new challenge

What should I keep the target for my first time on this app any advice. I had thought about 21 but then I saw several people having 90 to Never. What do you think does the job for the first time. By the way this app is pretty good.:smiley:

Imo short goals are the best at the beggining. Use goals similar as for badges in this app. 1,3,5,7,10… days. It’s easier to trick your brain with possible goals.
