I am alot different. I am pretty skinny, but i eat around 2500-3000 calories a day, but dont put up weight at all. I have to get checked by a couple of more doctors, i feel like, even though i have made some check ups already. So far every data from my check ups showed that everything is completely normal. Maybe i just a have a really fast metabolism?

Do you workout or play a lot? If somehow you are burning more calories than you are consuming then you wonā€™t gain weight

It always has been like this. Sure, right now i am working out (inconsistently), but i never was able to put up weight fast in my entire life whether i was doing sports or not. And i always have been eating alot. The only time i actually gained a decent amount of weight (3kilograms in 2 months) was when i did a voluntary job for agriculture in japan. I didnt track my calories, but i am pretty sure i ate like 3500-4000 calories a day.

So this is the classic example of a hardgainer. Its really difficult for hardgainers to gain weight. Everything depends on diet mostly. Iā€™d suggest you watch videos on diet for hardgainers on YouTube. Coz the diet differs according to the country you live in. So check for videos from your own country preferably. Also, be more consistent with working out. No cardio but a lot of weight lifting. There are specific workouts for hardgainers too. Might wanna check it out. Be consistent with working out, maintain the protein requirement and caloric intake and be patient for atleast a year. Or 2 years. If itā€™s still not working, consult a doctor you havenā€™t seen already. There might be a chance that you are anorexic

Bro that game is OP. But it takes time to master it. I have unlocked many characters in itā€¦In the beginning I also thought itā€™s boring but then changed my mind :joy::joy::joy:

Ik the game is good
I used to play it 8 months back and got addicted somehow reached gold 1 and then uninstalled it and logged in today again and played 1 game then uninstalled as not to get addicted again :sweat_smile:
