Casually I wanted to try some new hobbies so one of my friends is really good at sketching so We used to sit in class 2 years back and draw and somehow I developed hobby of doodling things and practicing anime characters or some manga panels

After working out my legs cramped so badly âŚright now I canât even walk straight âŚ
Somehow in last 7-8 months, I gained weight around 10 kg which is a lot and Iâm kind of happy over it since now Iâm the tallest (5â8 ft/173cm) and have most weight(74kg/163lb) in my home
So overall my bmi is exactly 25 which is unhealthy and now thinking of losing weightâŚ
Gonna hit the bed now am exhausted from the workout
How much calories did you used to take brother and how much you used to burn via workout I wanna gain weight so I am consuming 1500 calories in a day.
I didnât use to track my calories but I just used to take normal food and drinking milk twice a day
Used to eat eggs as breakfast during the lockdown.
Havenât had a pizza/burger for the last 1.5 years due to covid

My BMI is 27 , I have a lot of muscle too but I need to reduce my weight now, fat is also there in between

If you burn less calories than that then it is enough, just that I used to eat a lot and even 1900 calories felt difficultly less to me
