I meant not that much smooth concrete floor, It is basically my house parking area :joy: :sweat_smile: So, It has a slope too. And rough floor. That I meant to ask :sweat_smile:

In the last 30 days I’ve worked out 21 days and I’ve noticed that my stamina while running is increased highly before I used jog 2.5 km while taking breaks in btw but not anymore I can jog all the way for half hour
