Hey, fellow nofapper’s …I wasn’t active for the last month in the forum but continued to do Nofap. Sadly Lost 3 times and right now struck in chaser effect with streaks of 16 then 4 then 2…
So today I thought of going on Hard on myself cause currently I’m 17 only and I’ve seen people of the age’s like 40 and 50 too in online nofap forums. I don’t wanna waste my life like this. So I came up with some rules for nofap which are derived from a well-known method in this forum the @Zene 's method. cause I’m wasting most of my time in leisure and that turns into relapse’s … Wasting around 7-8 hours on internet :pensive:
The rules go like this
No manga(at all)

Anime(1 eps each day) :sweat_smile:

No 18+ content(even if it is not related to porn)

No Facebook,Instagram(at all)

Youtube- only some motivational stuff/lectures

No TV

Telegram (uninstalled for initial weeks will use it for only half an hour when I’ll install it again)

Books- will try to read at least 10 pages Daily (Only self-help)

Exercise-Ok so I’ll try an interesting thing here i.e. no of days=no of suryanamaskar done …In this way I’ll be able to bring back my childhood flexibily back to some extent since I Used to do yoga in primary school and was able to do some pretty advanced asana’s one’s too which is all gone thanks to porn ;-; + going out for a walk

study- Initial target would be 8 hours

Daily internet time-1/2 hour only

Pretty good start of the streak as compared from the past one’s but now I’ve gotta pump it more just to reach 1 week…After saying yesterday to reduce the internet usage I was actually getting urges to do that too ಥ﹏ಥ and wasted 3 hours today in that.
Also found a pretty good quote which gave me some mindfullness

Couldn’t sleep last night due to insomnia and anxiety due to some family problems…
Wasted whole day on internet didn’t even used timer to study and was on 70% focus level only.
Now I’ll try meditation and sleep☺️

Hi, there, brother. I don’t think you need to wake up at 4 to improve yourself. That damages your sleep cycle. 6 is better, I always wake up at 6, go for jog for 15 min., then do calisthenics, get ready for school ( yes, it’s finally opened here ) and when I come back, I take a small nap, eat 2nd small dinner, go work out, then study.
For others, I think abstinence from phone is the best solution to most of them. Ain’t it? :smiley:

Yep bro waking at 4 will damage my sleep if I don’t go to bed earlier ( Which I’m trying my best for :sneezing_face: ) Cause my sleep schedule isn’t fixed Sometimes I sleep at 10 and someimes at 2 AM too…So that’s why I want to make it earlyy so that I wuld also be able to make up a lot of work early…And yeah phone is a destroyer If not used in productive things…
