  • I had to grant favors for my sisā€™s business and so I didnā€™t accomplish most of my main habits. Nonetheless, I hope to continue this challenge and further improve Julyā€™s entry. :blush:

Iā€™ve been difficult to sleep wellā€¦ Because of this Iā€™m a little tired. I think Iā€™m nervous about work. I hope I sleep better today.

So the day was fine I woke up early and went outside and it was raining here and after that the temperature came down. Also I peeked a little bit I know itā€™s the first day of the month and I wanted it to be good but somehow it happened. I am studying so less these days literally procrastination. I am gonna improve day by day.

Damn bro I donā€™t feel worthy to be honest :joy:.
The effort you are putting in this challenge is commendable.
And I am feeling even more motivated this month because of this challenge thatā€™s why I added 2-3 extra habits which I used to hace earlier but I gave up on them because they felt difficult to handle.

every hour i log on to this app to read entries, read a Brahmacharya book, a prayer, motivation tiktoks, ten handgrips, one stand to stand bridge and then i walk outside. i created this ritual and with its completion im porn free. 24 hours of this doesnā€™t fit for pmo.
