I am up for this challenge bruh.
Iā€™ll update my habits by night and start tomorrow.
With this challenge I will focus on few habits in which I am struggling to be consistent.

Neet is 2 months away. Neet requires syllabus of both 11 and 12th which is huge. I think sleeping is 7 hours is necessary otherwise your body is gonna shut down. But you can achieve studying 15 hours. But at the end itā€™s his choice.

Bro itā€™s only for a 50 days and I will try my best. On Sundays I will sleep for 6 hours. I know itā€™s not good for health. But thatā€™s my situation. Iā€™ve to do it. Otherwise die :joy: do or die challenge.

Thatā€™s true determination right there :star2: . Keep hardworking bro but take care of your health too , sleep affects the mental health as well . Here I skip a few hours of sleep , the other day , I feel lazy , sleepy , unproductive and cloudy . More because I am not used to it , its just been a few months but yeah you should take care of yourself and you have the best wishes for your goal from our side (: , may you achieve all your dreams .

Well in that case I can say only one thing
Get your stock of coffee and get to studying :fire:, thereā€™s no way you are gonna survive with this less sleep without coffee.

Wake Up at 5.00 am
Study 15 hours a day
No day time sleep
No youtube and safari browser
Sleep at 11.00 pm

Here i get 6 hours of sleep. Itā€™s very practical :v::balloon:

My habits for this challenge:

  1. Following through nighttime detox (starting 11:15 pm)
  2. Gratefulness journal before sleeping
  3. Studying at least 6 hours a day
  4. No daytime nap (looked for some tips on this, Iā€™ll be meditating when I feel sleepy in the day instead of taking a nap)
  5. No sugar

@BlackMagic123 we should also keep some point system for this challenge, like whoever follows through all habits gets some points for that day, just an advice think about this.

Habit list:

  1. Waking up between 6 and 7 AM;
  2. Prayer and positive affirmations;
  3. Going out into nature;
  4. Reading at least 30 min a day;
  5. Stretching everyday and working out at least 3 times a week;
  6. Study -1+ hour a day;
  7. No bluelight after 9 PM;
  8. Meditate;
  9. Sleeping between 10~11 PM.

Try giving people choice which task should be given highest then lower then lower. In such way people know which task gives how much point
