  • I cleaned the entire house and the dissociation after finishing it was counterproductive. I see myself staring off into space without thinking anything and just in the present. :exploding_head: After that my head aches ffs.

  3. Meditation atleast 1/2 hr daily
  4. Study atleast 14 hours daily
  5. Yoga atleast 15-20 minutes daily

Extra Habits:

  1. Replace PC gaming/movies with book reading (15-20 minutes)
  2. Gratitude Prayer just before sleep
  3. Checking daily Procrastination and noting it daily.
  4. Setting priorities (in writing)for next day before Gratitude prayer.
  5. Connecting with my accountability partner daily.

Couldn’t update update on Saturday because I was busy with my preparation for the test and This weekend was pretty disastrous because I ate homemade burger 2 times. It’s not healthy but I am not very frequent eater and I had some choclate and some sweets on. Friday and Saturday. It’s definitely a downfall but next weekend I gonna change my list and focus on my studies and eating habits.
