- I cleaned the entire house and the dissociation after finishing it was counterproductive. I see myself staring off into space without thinking anything and just in the present. After that my head aches ffs.

- Gratitude Prayer just before sleep
- Checking daily Procrastination and noting it daily.
- Setting priorities (in writing)for next day before Gratitude prayer.
- Connecting with my accountability partner daily.

Couldnât update update on Saturday because I was busy with my preparation for the test and This weekend was pretty disastrous because I ate homemade burger 2 times. Itâs not healthy but I am not very frequent eater and I had some choclate and some sweets on. Friday and Saturday. Itâs definitely a downfall but next weekend I gonna change my list and focus on my studies and eating habits.
