Getting more more urges need to control them asap.
I am feeling very low, i have entered the cycle of relapse yesterday. I install dating apps get no matches and to feel better i watch at insta models. I have installed apps and actively browsing them from yesterday to find almost naked pics, then urges started kicking in. Atleast now i notice my flaw will uninstall them.
Yesterday when i felt ignored and some negative information have triggered something which is why i did install all the apps.
I keep going to my only comfortable place which is fapping.
How do i rewire myself and find a new cozy place instead of fappjng
