I learned from one book that the crave can’t be beaten up just like you can’t lift yourself over the ground with your own hand,and it can only be relieved by transcending the crave itself.
Only human can overcome the crave for life and the fear for death,because we could be aware of something we crave more than ourself and something we hate more than death,this is called transcendence.
Simply to say,transcendence is care something else more than your own interests and happiness.
If you pray for someone has nothing to do with you like some child in hunger or under war,you would transcend yourself and relieve your crave for porn
