My life has been in a standstill for the last five years due to my fapping addiction.
When you fap, you don’t feel like learning new things, or acquiring new skills. Everything feels like a boring chore. So instead, I tended to waste time and slack off.

On a streak, you feel like doing new things, you feel like you will actually remember and continue to develop a new skill. That’s why nofap is so valuable. Day 3 here.

I turn 19 tomorrow. I’ve made this promise 100 times but this time I have a plan. I can’t do this another 5 years.
