I’m 33 days in 25 on the app of nofap. I’ve notice I’m going to the bathroom a lot doing number 2 for a few days now. Before I didn’t go so often. This is about my second or 3rd time today. it’s 7:49 am where I stay. Woke up at 6 to hit the gym. My question is this normal? Has anybody else experience this with nofap?
