I am doing the most boring work that is revision but it is very important. While doing so the porn scenes are flashing infront of my eyes. How to deal with it??? I have to complete my revisions.

That is quite normal while trying to evade porn.
The scenes flashbacks anytime.
But remember brother those are just flashbacks and it doesnt have any power to make u relapse until and unless u act upon it. The best way to deal with it is to just become an observer. Just observe that those pictures are coming and going around. Just accept it without any protest. Go take a walk. Eat something. Call someone .

Ok thank you so much for this advice. Actually I find that I am studying for so long hours that my brain did not support me but I keep pushing it… And whenever I do this, those flashbacks is irriating me.

Bruh for me it happened to me at night and these images where not going. After few days of going outside for walkimg, it disappeared for me.

All the best for your exams. You are on the right track. Do as many revision as possible. I’ve been in your place while preparing for govt. Exams and trust me being in nofap journey changed the complete game.
