Please help me destroy/forget my kinks

I need you guys to please give me some advice with this…

I know everyone here says that No-fap community is making you guys feel not alone ad that everyone is willing to help, but I got here like 4 days ago here and I haven’t got any useful advice yet…

  • How long have I been trying nofap?
    Well… I have been trying to stop PMO Addiction since 15 years old (I’m currently 20), but never ever could reach a single week of no fap streak…

Just 4 or 5 days ago, I joined no-fap community and challenge in a more serious way. I downloaded this Rewire companion app, and also a porn blocker app… I already joined a Challenge here, but I feel I’m absolutely going to lose it if I can’t Get rid or atleast Control my Kinks.

  • What is the problem you need help with?

I have absolutely NO idea on how can I get rid of my kinks, I don’t even know if it’s possible to get rid of kinks… If It is not, then how can you help me control those?

Hmm well… In case you wonder what specific kinks I refer to…
Let’s call it “General Desperation Kink”

I don’t know if I got it before I was born, or if I developed it even before discovering masturbation or pornography… But it got to me before I discovered all that… And I can’t get rid of it…

Basically any kind of Desperation Turns me on Much more than it should. Desperation is something like a Critical Hit in my urge for me.

The worst thing about “Desperation Kink” is that Ofc it includes Both, the desperation/urge we feel when we need/want to cum (abstinence desperation), and the desperation we feel when we need to go pee…

It might be seen weird, well maybe it is, but it is affecting me a lot and I can’t avoid it!

It’s something like a massive passive Difficulty that will constantly trigger me to feel desperate, feeling like that trigers the urge, and that also triggers more desperation. It’s a cycle that I need to stop/get rid of as soon as possible

  • What did you already try?

I already Tried the “Temptation Button” that this app provides… And please forget about it, it’s completely useless for me…
It actually makes it harder for me to resist, why?
Because it tells you to stop what you’re doing, to close your eyes, to feel the urge and focus on it, to feel it going wild, to do nothing about it, and letting it go…

Dude… That simple thing like “focusing on my desperation/urge going stronger” almost made me cum… It was equally to peeking or edging, I was heavily breathing and all that kind stuff… It almost made me go crazy

So I will never try that button ever again or I might lose it without even touching myself.

  1. And Now… I have recently started trying some “meditation tips”, it’s something more like breathing exercises with soothing music and ambience sounds

  2. I also recently bought a Fidget Spinner and a soft small ball which are supposed to help us relax and get calmed during Stressing moments

Number 2 and 3 Seem to work… At least much better than the “temptation button”, but it is not enough… I Still can’t control this growing desperation when it comes…

I can’t stop it going wilder… Until I can’t focus on what I’m doing anymore, And then things start to happen…

So, would You Guys, PLS Help me?
Do you have any advice or idea to get rid of those kinks, stop the cycle or whatever might be helpful?
