I know you feel down or sad or ashamed you need to stand up and face your guilt face on the only way to get rid of it Is to come clean to your wife and tell the female friend that was a one time thing and it was a mistake do this if you really love you wife I know you feel like shit you got pressured and you messed up it happens to the best of us now god is lifting you up do the right thing in the name of the farther the son and the holy spirit.I will pray for you my friend
