Today was day 2. I’ve gone up to a week before, but usually when I’ve been able to keep busy and had people to occupy my time. I’ve been alone a lot this summer, which makes it difficult. I started fapping around 11 and have been daily since about 13. I have tried to quit so many times but never had help. I had a few close calls today, but managed to stop myself.
