Hey everyone this is 14 years old boy here am doing no fap challenge cuz past 4 months have been real hell for me,i started mastraubating in November and it is April,you knowwhat is the worst part,the worst part is am addicted to gay porn,because of this am self questioning my sexuality and all,everytime I stop seeing porn for few days(mas was 7) i feel relieved i dotn get these thought but the moment I start watching the gay porn it starts happening again,i don’t have anyone to talk these things to so i need someone who can understand and help me incase u want to know am from India

Hey man by watching that type of dirt you are itself changing your sexuality. Our reward circuitry chemical dopamine depends on how the thing is exciting even though it is not in real life. Gay porn is very unusual even in this modern world and its a sex video so our mind is thinking that it’s the most rewarding thing that’s why some people like it even though they might be not gay

I was also hooked with gay porn. At first I did it because I didn’t like seeing women portraid in that way, and it does mess with your head. But I’m happily married and have a son, so know that there is a way out. And that the effects do go away ok brother?
