From the age of 10 I jerked off every day, sometimes even several times. at the age of 15 I started watching porn and very quickly it took me over, I liked watching porn. I watched it for 3 years, when I realized that my penis does not get up on porn. I got worried and started googling what it could be and realized that I have PIED. Slowly I started to quit porn, for 5 months I had regular relapses, but since December 20, 2021 I started my longest streak and still hold on. today is already 196 days without PMO and it is much easier for me than it was.
