Yesterday, 11th Oct
Day 1I woke up lately at 8 am.
Went to market with dad to bring some essentials, there I was busy till 12. So, returned home at 12.
Had lunch and watched comedy show on television.
This continued till 5 in the evening.
I went for a peaceful bike ride. Nowadays, the dusk is falling faster. Winters are coming.
Satisfied the crave of food with Pani-puri. I don’t consume them usually.
Again, in night I watched comedy shows.
After that I spent about an hour in YouTube learning flute. Learning flute in night is quite awkward. But anyways, that’s something which brings peace to me.
I slept at 11 pm.

I am not currently preparing anything for any exam. I just read self help books and it includes daily newspaper reading too.

Ah! What a day man! The red crosses are pinning my heart. A day wasted without any achievement. I have to change a looot of things to see the person I wosh to be. Anyways, will come back strong tommorow.

Ah! Lot of improvement.
Damn! Am having a constant fight inside my head. One part is telling to give up and go back. Other part is also adamant about fighting this war. This has created a headache and it’s paining a lot.
I know it’s just my urges.
I am not going to give up on these urges and will choose death if needed to.
Brother some of the guys are suggesting that we can’t overcome this addiction only on our will power. …
It is easy to quit pmo if you read hack book easy peasy way…
I was reading it’s pdf earlier but quit it amid due to subject pressure and parents scolding.
Here I find you are also using your will power only
You should also try that book also…
