I have relapsed many times in past 10 days or more. The last one was at yesterday’s night. I got addicted to gaming heavily. To quit one addiction I fall into another one which brought me here again. I am staring again. I will keep my gaming limit to 30 mins only from now.

I have been looking into this… and I have been thinking about this as well… It takes energy to fight the urges. It also takes energy away your energy when you give in to it. Why let it take even more away from you? Its called urge surfing. Basically the idea is, don’t go with its flow and don’t try to fight it. Just let it be. It can’t do anything to you. It’s purely harmless. The only way it can damage you is by wearing down your willpower to make you relapse. And it can do that both ways.

I don’t think I am addicted to porn anymore , definately I am still suffering from masturbation but I know I will be out of this chaser effect soon. Thing which disappointing me is not doing anything productive.

My exams are postponed which have really drained my all motivation to study.

When you are in that state it is impossible to tell if you have quit or not. If you ask me there is no such thing as quitting. PMO isn’t a small thing… the best you can do is improve your life and decrease its negative effects… But I doubt that you can completely get rid of it. I have heard stories of people who relapsed years after quitting. They did that because they let their guard down. Don’t worry, it gets easier over time. If you don’t have anything to do then thats good. Being bored is good. It’ll give you a chance to explore your thoughts and work on your imagination in a healthy way. If the urges come, don’t give in and don’t fight it, just ignore it and it’ll go away eventually.

Yes , Covid Situation is too worse in India right now. Although vaccination has started in my state but daily cases are too much. My mom got vaccinated yesterday.
It’s lockdown till 10th May in Delhi. Thanks for caring , Can I know from which country are you?

Relapsed again but I am not sad. I can stand again and I know I will. Chaser effect is over for me now. I am starting fresh.

Its okay man. Remember that you did something wrong. But also try your hardest to get back on your feet. I went on a bad streak the entire past week. What stopped me today was my effort. Keep what happened fresh in your memory. Think how your loved ones would feel if you did it again. And remember…
If you do it again… you will do it forever…
That statement will always be true.

I am back to my diary after a while. I keep relapsing again and again. It was like I had quit trying . My last relapse was at yesterday’s night. I am starting again now.

I don’t know in which direction I am going in , I keep wasting my time everyday. Even If I try to study a bit , I just get distracted too easily. My all focus is gone.
I have literally lost my all motivation to do nofap since last 2 months. I just relapse when urges gets high. I have fall down too much in this addiction.
I am currently on day 9 , At this stage I am just trying to keep going as long as possible. I even edge yesterday but I didn’t reset the counter in hope that I won’t do edge again.
I don’t know for how long I will be able to hold myself like this.

Feeling bad is wrong. Because it leads you to relapse. Feeling Good is wrong too. Feel sorry for the one who laughs the most. Because the higher the fun, the higher the fall. Contentness is the middle ground. To achieve it you must be neutral in your emotions. Think in your mind, “This is what I WOULD feel” but don’t feel it.

This idea was sitting under my nose the entire time. Every relapse I had, every bad feeling for those women I had, made me think I was sadistic and made me hate myself. But hating my self didn’t make things better.

We all have it in us to quit once we find the right path. And the right path can be in the most obvious of places.

You feel weak don’t you… you also feel relaxed… but look through what struggle you went through to achieve that… knowing what you were doing was wrong and knowing you were going to regret doing it all later on… People get lazy for many reasons… why don’t you get lazy for this one? Think how hard, time consuming, wrong, and difficult it would be to fap.

I will try to make it better tomorrow. Me and my friends have decided to go to park from tomorrow’s morning , Let’s see how it goes. I will wake up around 5 am tomorrow.
There’s no place for that PMO thing in my life again. I have made enough damage to myself from it , It’s time to do better.
