I’m not really a moody or angry person but I’ve found that since I’ve quit ****, I’ve had some outbursts of anger. Luckily not violent but just feeling upset and angry. Is that normal when quiting?
Yo im the same! Apparently not giving in to fulfill the desire has us unconsciously grumpy. small price to pay for feelin like a boss.

Same is with me at times i also burst out on people close to me
Do you feel they threaten the sobriety or are they just annoying and deserving of your outbursts?
It’s good to show anger at times but in moderation fap just makes you a pushover at times
