Hello guys
Daily log day3 and confession so the whole day went by good but just 30 minutes back I had these strong urges I couldnā€™t stop myself and opened this site xhamsterlive I hate it there but I was out of control for a moment I started watching riley88 and I thought I will lose it today but put of no where I got a Notification of this app the great quote it was the if I quit now I will soon be back to where I started and when I started I was desperately wishing to be where I am so I escaped the urge and closed my computer. Honestly it was so near and let me tell you this app is just blessing in disguise

Hey guysā€¦ I want to speak without fear. Iam 24 years old . I feel realy bad these days since last relapse . i spend 6 years on this addiction trying to stop and change myself . and i always fail to stop . and fail to change bad habbits ā€¦ I relapse i always relapse . and now i came to this moment where i find myself with weak body . mind in fogā€¦ Dead spitural .hopless .and bored. Iam no longer interrested in doing anything . even if iam already doing things such as studying . reading or doing some workout . iam just doing it and have no motivation . i lost hope on finding myself or finding something i like or someone i love.
Please help me with realistic words .

Hey guys! Thereā€™s an app called qustodio if you guys didnā€™t know. It automatically blocks all porn sites. You cannot enter porn sites even if you use vpn. It works on mobile as well as pc. The thing is you will have to create an account and give the password to someone else so that you donā€™t disble it. If you donā€™t know the password, you cannot uninstall the app either. I havenā€™t watched porn for more than a month now. Thanks to this app. Itā€™s been extremely helpful. Please use it guys if yoh feel you donā€™t have the self control! Cheers
